8. Lost & Found Counter

If your luggage is lost at Tan Son Nhat Airport, please contact the following counters for assistance:

Domestic Terminal:

• Counter 1: Located in front of the baggage claim area, where you collect checked baggage after landing. Look for the clearly marked "Lost & Found" sign.

• Counter 2: Near Door A3, at the exit of the arrivals area. If you have left the baggage claim area and still cannot find your luggage, visit this counter.

International Terminal:

• Lost & Found Counter: Located to the left of the customs checkpoint, after completing immigration procedures. Look for the "Lost & Found" or "Hành lý thất lạc" sign.

Note:

• Provide complete flight details, personal information, and a detailed description of your lost luggage (size, color, tags, unique features, etc.).

• Staff will assist with tracking and processing your claim.

• If your luggage is not found immediately, the airline will continue searching and notify you once there is an update.

Tips to avoid lost luggage:

• Attach a clear contact information tag to your luggage.

• Take a photo of your luggage before check-in.

• Use a suitcase with a unique color or design.

• Double-check your luggage before leaving the plane and baggage claim area.
